Order & MOQ
For our standard products, the MOQ is 100 pieces per model. For custom OEM/ODM orders with logo printing or custom colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces per model. If you are a new customer and want to place a trial order, please contact us to discuss possible options.
You can place an order by sending us an inquiry via email or through our website contact form. Please include the product model, quantity, customization requirements and your company information. Our sales team will reply within 24 hours with a detailed quotation and order process guidance.
Yes, we welcome sample orders for quality testing. Sample fees apply and will be refunded when you place a bulk order over 500 pieces. Sample delivery time is usually 3-7 working days. Please contact our sales team for specific sample pricing.
OEM & Customization
We offer full OEM and ODM services, including: custom logo printing (silk screen, heat transfer, embroidery), custom fabric colors, size adjustment, fabric selection, custom packaging design (color box, carry bag, hang tag), and product structure modification. Our R&D team can also develop completely new products based on your design drawings or ideas.
For simple customizations like logo printing, samples can be ready in 3-5 working days. For more complex customizations like new color or size adjustment, it takes 7-10 working days. For completely new ODM product development, the sampling time is 15-25 working days depending on complexity.
Yes, we have a professional R&D and design team with 5+ years of experience in outdoor camping furniture. We can provide design suggestions, 3D renderings and technical drawings based on your ideas. We will work closely with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations and market requirements.
Quality & Certification
Our factory and products have passed multiple international certifications, including BSCI, ISO 9001, GSV and SQP. All our products are manufactured under strict quality control systems and meet international safety and quality standards. We can also provide specific test reports according to your market requirements.
We have a 3-step quality control system: 1) Raw material inspection – all fabrics, steel tubes, plastic parts and accessories are inspected upon arrival; 2) In-process quality control – each production line has dedicated QC personnel checking every step; 3) Final inspection – 100% full inspection of appearance, size and function before packing. We also conduct load tests, stability tests and fabric wear tests for each batch.
We provide a 1-year quality warranty for all our products against manufacturing defects. If there are any quality issues caused by our production, we will provide free replacements or refunds according to the specific situation. We are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable after-sales service to all our customers.
Shipping & Delivery
For standard products in stock, the lead time is 15-20 working days after receiving the deposit. For custom OEM orders, the lead time is 25-35 working days depending on the order quantity and customization complexity. We always strive to deliver orders on time and have a 100% on-time delivery rate.
We support various shipping methods to meet different needs: sea freight (most economical for large orders), air freight (faster for urgent orders), express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS for samples and small orders), and land transportation for nearby regions. We can also ship to your designated freight forwarder in China.
Yes, we can arrange door-to-door delivery including customs clearance and duty payment, especially for customers in North America, Europe and Australia. We have long-term cooperation with reliable logistics partners and can provide competitive shipping rates. Please let us know your destination address and we will provide a detailed shipping quote.
Payment Terms
We accept various payment methods: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C at sight, PayPal (for sample orders), Trade Assurance through Alibaba, and Western Union. For bulk orders, our standard payment term is 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term cooperative customers, we can discuss more flexible payment terms.

Yes, we support Alibaba Trade Assurance to protect your order quality and on-time delivery. We also accept third-party inspection companies such as SGS, TÜV, Intertek or any other inspection agency you prefer. Inspection can be arranged before shipment at your request to ensure product quality meets your standards.

We will investigate the cause and provide a solution within 48 hours. Depending on the situation, we can offer free replacements, refunds or discounts on your next order. Yes, we can provide spare parts for our products, such as replacement fabrics, feet caps, screws, hinges and other accessories. For bulk orders, we usually provide 1-2% extra spare parts for free. If you need additional spare parts later, we can supply them at cost price plus shipping fee.
